SoWerate는 고객 온보딩 중 source of wealth 준비를 더 명확하고 일관되게 해야 하는 팀을 위한 도구입니다.
RM과 private bankers는 내부 컴플라이언스 검토 전에 고객 배경, 주요 wealth events, 근거, 확인 질문을 구조화할 수 있습니다. Wealth management, capital markets, fund management 팀은 사업 이력, 투자 수익, 상속, 자산 매각, 전문직 소득 등을 coherent journey-to-wealth narrative로 정리할 수 있습니다.
Compliance, onboarding, risk, operations 팀은 더 구조화된 첫 제출물을 받아 narrative, evidence summary, follow-up questions, gaps를 더 빠르게 검토할 수 있습니다.
SoWerate는 비즈니스, 기관, 전문, 내부 운영 용도이며 소비자 제품이 아니고 qualified human review를 대체하지 않습니다.
작동 방식
1. 전용 워크스페이스 시작
source-of-wealth case를 분리된 워크스페이스에서 생성합니다. 내부 정책이 허용하는 경우 초기 drafting 단계에서는 고객 연락처를 입력하지 않고 준비할 수 있습니다.
2. 알려진 wealth story 추가
고객 배경, 주요 wealth events, business interests, employment history, investment activity, inheritance, gifts, property sales, liquidity events 등을 입력합니다.
3. 근거 자료 요약
corporate records, financial statements, transaction documents, investment summaries, employment records, sale agreements, public information, RM notes를 수동으로 요약합니다. 이 버전은 원본 문서 업로드나 OCR보다 manual evidence summaries에 초점을 둡니다.
4. 구조화 분석 검토
SoWerate는 흩어진 notes와 evidence를 client profile, wealth journey, evidence references, open questions, gaps, review notes가 있는 structured write-up으로 정리합니다.
5. 제출 전 사람의 판단 적용
RM, onboarding, compliance 또는 qualified personnel은 output을 사용하기 전에 검토해야 합니다. SoWerate는 준비를 돕지만 승인, 거절, 보고, 결정은 하지 않습니다.
설명서에 포함되는 내용
일반적으로 client and relationship context, business ownership, employment income, investment gains, property or share sale proceeds, inheritance, family wealth, liquidity events, estimated wealth composition, timeline, evidence summary, public references, gaps, inconsistencies, follow-up questions, RM observations, reviewer notes가 포함될 수 있습니다.
목표는 불필요한 절차를 늘리는 것이 아니라 고객의 risk profile과 onboarding context에서 material하고 relevant한 사항에 집중하는 것입니다.
